By becoming a member, you get access to:

1.	A selection of services and packages “Just Tips”, family, couples or singles packages and “A la carte” services. Choose the one most suitable for you!
2.	Helpline The Helpline will answer you Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (Wednesday for emergencies) 9 AM to 5 PM.
3.	Content of the Members Only section Members have access to good addresses, brief information on services, tips for children and a pool of links for leisure, health, shopping etc. a forum for members to share their experiences and exchange points of view.
4.	The “Everyday Life Guide” A guide (also available in a downloadable version) providing tips on Swiss social customs, public and private transportation, post, public and private schools, insurance system, leisure, etc.
5.	Children The Members Only section contains tips for children. The family package provides supplementary services.
